Order online
Find the products you want to order by browsing the product menus on the left, or use the search option at the top left of this page. Add required items to the shopping cart, and when order is complete proceed to the confirmation pages to enter your name, address, credit/debit card and delivery details. You will recieve a confirmation e mail which will contain your order number.

Our web site is VeriSign Secured. Buy with confidence, the web site is secure when you go to the check out, this is when the padlock  and the https appears. 

How to search for products
You can search for text or a product code by clicking on the Search option at the top of any page, or you can find up to 10 product at a time on the Shop by Product Code page accessible from the Home page.

Order By Telephone
Place your order by telephoning 01490 412225 between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday using your credit or debit card.

Order by Post
Send your order by post to the address at the bottom of this page. You can use the order form supplied with our paper catalogue or shop on-line and print out the shopping cart. If you want to write out your order please print clearly and include quantity, product code, item description and item cost. Print your name and delivery address clearly and include payment (see How you can pay).

Order by Fax
Print your order as above or write out your order and fax to 01490 412205

How you can pay
We accept payment by the following cards: Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro or Delta.  We also accept Bankers draft in Pounds Sterling, Postal orders, Cheques (£ Pounds Sterling only) and Cash (send by recorded delivery). Please allow 21 days for delivery if paying by cheque.

How orders are processed
Orders are usually processed and despatched within 3 working days (orders to Military addresses take priority) with the exception of next day deliveries which are processed the same day if received before 2pm that day.
Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next working day. This is usually Monday with the exception of Bank Holidays.

Refunds
If any goods need to be returned for a refund please repackage them carefully and enclose your details and an explanatory note. Postage will not be refunded in certain cases.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange goods please repackage them carefully and enclose a note with your address, action to be taken and a repeat postage charge. If your order was faulty upon receipt or incorrectly supplied by S.O.F. then no postage charge need be enclosed.

V.A.T. Refund for Non-EU Orders
Export orders outside the EU or to a BFPO address outside the U.K. are VAT deductable. This will be deducted before charging your card. To calculate the V.A.T. free price simply divide the cost by 1.15.    V.A.T. cannot be deducted from books or postage.

Parcels costing over £30 or weighing over 1kg and being delivered to a UK address, will need to be signed for on delivery.

How to order a printed catalogue
Select the Request a catalogue option from the Home page, and enter your name, address and credit/debit card details. We shall send you the requested catalogue as soon as possible.
