Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as by using our website and purchasing any products you are agreeing to them.



All prices on our web site are in pounds sterling (£) and the main price shown includes VAT at 20%, also shown is the price excluding VAT. If your order is being delivered to a UK or European addresses you will be charged the main price. If your order is being delivered to an address outside of Europe or to a designated BFPO VAT free area (includes Germany and Afghanistan) you will be charged the price excluding VAT at the checkout.

We accept MasterCard, Mastercard Debit, Visa, Visa V pay, Visa Debit (Delta), Visa Electron, Maestro and PayPal. Cheques are also accepted and should be made payable to "Soldier of Fortune Ltd". Orders paid for by cheque will be delayed for 21 days to allow the cheque to be cleared, all other payment methods will be not be delayed.

We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but it is possible that an error may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment already made for the goods will be refunded in full.

All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item, which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money that you have paid.



With our standard service we aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 2-7 working days in most circumstances. All orders placed on a Next day delivery option which we receive before 3pm will be despatched that day any orders received after 3pm will be despatched the next working day (working days are Monday to Friday). This excludes British bank holidays where there will be a one day delay.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force courier service. Parcel Force will require a signature on delivery, if the delivery address is to a military barracks and providing you have provided a telephone number we will put your telephone number on the outside of the order, so if it gets delivered to the guardhouse somebody at the guardhouse can contact you to say it has arrived.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time that we quote for that item, please contact us. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

If it isn't possible to complete your order we will dispatch what we have in stock immediately and unless specified, follow up with the rest of your order within 21 days.

Unless you have chosen "Before 10 am delivery" your order will be delivered between 9am and 6pm.

After you have placed your order you will receive an email from us which is your confirmation of order. This is confirmation that we have received your order. It is not confirmation that the order you have placed is guaranteed to be in stock or that it can be fulfilled. Sometimes errors do occur in our stock inventory or other customers order just before you. We cannot be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because your items are not in stock. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If your delivery Country applies and import or duty taxes it is your responsibility to pay these, we can not advise on likely charges and we do not cover these in the delivery cost.


Non Delivery

It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us if the goods have not been received within 21 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of our invoice.

If no notification is made within this time period the buyer shall be deemed to have received the goods.


Export restrictions

The following items cannot be exported outside of the U.K. This is either because of shipping restrictions I.E. Pressurised canisters or by law.

  • Cans of paint.
  • Replica and Deactivated historical weapons.
  • Gun magazines and inert bullets.
  • Replica hand grenades.
  • Cans of pressurized paint and gas lighters, zippo lighters are ok to send.


Faulty goods

Our products are packaged to ensure they arrive to you in good condition, however very occasionally items will arrive damaged or with defects. If this does occur then please contact us first by email or by telephone 01490 412225 before sending the items back.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will replace the item free of charge. Should a refund be requested, then the refund will be made as soon as the item has been returned.

This does not affect your Statutory Rights


If you need to return an item

If you need to return an item to us, please contact us by e mail first. In the event we may have sent you the wrong item we will pay the return postage, we will only the pay the postage costs if it was our fault. We will not pay the postage if you ordered the wrong size or colour. When you contact us we will advise you how to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), in the event of this being a larger item we will advise and arrange pick up from you by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

If for some reason you are not happy with your product you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, you must return the item(s) to us within 24 days of receiving your item, having taken good care of it and kept it in an unused state, complete with packaging and all its components.

The refund will be made direct to the credit/charge card originally used to place the order. The refund will be made within 7 working days from the item having been returned to us.

Personalised items like printed dog tags and name badges cannot be cancelled or returned, unless there is a spelling mistake on our part.

You will not be refunded for the P&P of your item, but please be aware that you are responsible for the returned item until it has reached us. We recommend using a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and are signed for by our staff. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).


Our Responsibility

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.

We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.

You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.

We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

Cancellations and alterations

Once you have placed your order, you can cancel the order until the moment it has been picked by our team. This includes orders with personalized items upto the point they have been made or ordered after which they cannot be cancelled.



When a refund is to be issued this can take up to 7 working days to complete.



Copying and printing portions of this website is permitted only for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose without written permission from Soldier of Fortune Ltd.



It is the responsibility of each individual for the safe and proper handling of any item purchased from Soldier of Fortune Ltd. Soldier of Fortune Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the injury or fatality of an individual or third party whilst using any products sold through ourselves.



Soldier of Fortune Ltd. will undertake to handle a complaint fairly and competently. We will keep you informed either by telephone or email at each stage and will endeavour to fully resolve your complaint within 72 hours.
