18 Years Good Conduct Stripe (4 stripes)

4 Good conduct stripes were awarded for 18 years good service and worn inverted on the lower left  sleeve.

Good conduct stripes were only worn by Privates and Lance Corporals once promoted to Corporal they were removed.

this was worn on SD uniform and battledress
