American ALICE First Aid Pouch Original used condition

American ALICE first aid or compass pouch original.

Handy small pouch which is designed to hold either the US issue M1950 folding compass or a first aid dressing.

The flap is secured closed with a press stud and there is a single ALICE metal belt clip on the back so you can attach it to a belt, rucksack or onto the front of the ALICE suspenders.  

We have managed to locate a box of these from an old storage locker. These are all genuine US issue in used condition.

There are a few variations in shades of green colour in the nylon body and the webbing edges. 

We have included a picture of a lot of the pouches to give you an idea of the colour differences.

You will get a random pouch from the box, the condition will be used but good but there is no choice in the shade of green.
