D3A Full Finger Gloves.

US Army pattern D3A black leather gloves used by L.R.R.P.s, S.F. etc.

The official US Military name is the M1950 Leather Glove, Strap Closure but in Vietnam they were often called the "Recon glove" as they were very popular by reconnaissance type personnel such as LRPs as they gave good protection from thorns and vines. The fingers were often cut off to allow unimpeded use of weapons and radios.
