Arc markers from Firefly use a gaseous tritium light source (GTLS).

This ultralight polymer marker has a small green self illuminating GTLS light that glows for 10 years and needs no batteries, it also has a day-glow marker for low light ID.

10 year life, no switches, no batteries, no maintenance, no failures. safe for explosive (zone 0) atmospheres, operates in all weather conditions even underwater (up to 80m).
