Home Guard Battle Dress Field Uniform Set

A uniform set as would have been worn by a platoon member of the British Home Guard once they had been issued the Battle Dress (early on Demin uniforms were issued) when out in the field or on patrol.

We have assembled this uniform package from our range of reenactment clothing and equipment which will portray the look of young Private of the Home Guard. You will have to buy your own unit insignia such as cap badge and shoulder insignia separately. What we have included was worn by the real home guard units, in the TV series and film Dads Army they had a few differences, see our Dads Army specific sets if you want to portray Dads Army home guard.

The set contains the following: (see further down for the complete list and to select sizes)

  • MK2 Tommy Helmet with Net.
  • 1937 Battle Dress Jacket
  • Home Guard Shoulder Titles
  • 1937 Battle Dress Trousers
