This ingenious folding wooden stand was designed for soldiers on campaign to pack down small and be multi-purpose to save weight and space.

The folding wooden stand could be used to hold the canvas wash bowl, a canvas bath and even a folding tabletop.

The legs open up in a concertina type operation and the bath or washing bowl has loops on to hook over the tops of the legs.
