Vietnam Tropical Jungle Green Boonie Hat
This US Ar,my boonie, tropical jungle hat is made to match the 3rd pattern jungle uniform and is the correct 1960's era design, so it is perfect to finish off your Vietnam impression.

The design of the vietnam era boonie hats is slightly different to the modern boonies. The modern boonies have more striaght sides (the diameter of the headband is the same as the diameter at the top of the hat), the 1960's era boonies are slightly shaped so the diameter at the top is slightly smaller than the diameter of the headband so the top is more rounded and shapes to your head more a bit like some of the modern modified boonies.
