US Pilots Helmet Bag

US pilots helmet bag.

This were issued with USAF pilots helmets and Army pilots helmets, so if your jet pilot or a helicopter pilot or crewman you would have one of these bags to carry and protect your helmet.

The helmet bags were often decorated with unit patches sewn onto the outside.

• Green nylon outer.
• Padded interior to protect your helmet.
• Main compartment is secured by a brass zip.
• Two hand grips are lightly padded.
• Two internal sleeve pockets on the sides.
• Two large external pockets which are closed by hook and loop fasteners and a single press stud.
• Metal hook lip by the handle.
