WW2 USMC dog tags. engraved

American WW2 U.S.M.C. Dog Tags.

In WW2 the USMC used different dog tags to the Army. These are the correct pattern used by the USMC.

The set includes two blank round discs and a green HBT neck cord. For blank tags please see item AG1018.

The tags had the following information engraved on them.

• Line 1. SURNAME.
• Line 2. FIRST NAME AND MIDDLE INITIAL.
• Line 3. NAVY/MARINE CORPS NUMBER, RELIGION (P-PROTESTANT C-CATHOLIC H-HEBREW).
• Line 4. BLOOD GROUP (O, A, B OR AB).
• Line 5. TETANUS INNOCULATION DATE.
• Line 6. USMC or USN.
