1937 Marching Order webbing set by Kay Canvas.

This complete set of webbing would have been issued to every soldier to carry all his military equipment need in the field, extra uniforms etc would have been in his kit bag with the regimental baggage. the webbing set could be broken down for whatever job he was doing from Guard duty, patrolling, fighting or marching to the next camp.

The set contains his battle set with small pack a MKVII water bottle, 2 piece entrenching tool with pouch plus his large pack now on his back with the straps for carrying helmet.

This quality set of Kay Canvas webbing set was used by all British soldiers throughout WW2 by British and commonwealth soldiers. all items are unblancoed with brass fittings

Part of the range of quality 1937 webbing made by Kay Canvas. The Kay Canvas webbing closely matches to an original set of webbing which was issued during WW2. To ensure a high standard of accuracy it was colour matched to an original set of 1937 webbing. The Kay Canvas webbing is a tight weave like the original and is still made on an old BIC factory machine that has been lovingly kept alive after 100 Years. The brass fittings on Kay Canvas webbing sets are die stamped and the press studs have the same pattern as an original WW2.
