American military style webbing suspenders, designed in the 1970's for use as the carrying harness for the US Army's ALICE load carrying webbing system.
The shoulder pads are woodland camouflage and the webbing straps are green.
These have been in storage since the 1990's and they may have some storage marks (dust and dirt) on the nylon or metal buckles (discolouration).
Nylon shoulder harness which has lightly padded shoulders and 4 adjustable straps which clip onto the ALICE webbing belt.

The front straps can be adjusted up to 42cm in length (from the padded section to the end of the buckles). The rear straps can be adjusted up to 44 cm (from the padded section to the end of the buckles). The maximum total length from buckle to buckle is 125cm.
