In the TV series and film Dads Army they used a 1939 pattern leather belt which was polished black, Its the same design as the 1937 pat webbing belt but made Black leather
The 1939 leather equipment saw limited use in WW2 with some 2nd line units and also in East African with imperial troops
To complete the webbing they used binocular pouches as ammo pouches, cross straps and a bayonet frog.

- size 100 from 30" to 38" waist
- size 120 from 40" to 48" waist
Please dont forget to add extra if is been worn over uniform
