K98 Ammunition Belt Pouch WW2 German Brown Pebbled Leather x 1
Single WW2 German soldier's K98 triple ammunition pouch stamped with 1940, made from brown pebbled leather by Fabrik Adler Berg.
Before WW2 brown ammo pouches were standard Army issue but soldiers would then polish them black, as the war progressed the pouches were made in black and the construction was simplified with fixed belt loops and metal rivets instead of white cotton stitching.
A set of two pouches were carried by each soldier on his belt when issued with a k98 rifle. This model was issued throughout WW2.
