Luftwaffe Field Division jacket, smock, in Splinter B camouflage by Richard Underwood Militaria.

The field division smock has the following features of the original:

  • Cotton full front opening jacket.
  • Splinter B camouflage.
  • Front is closed by 5 large plastic buttons.
  • Removable shoulder boards in splinter B camouflage.
  • 2 large lower pockets fastened by blue/grey coloured metal buttons with a pebbled finish.
  • Inside pocket on left chest.
  • Set of 3 holes on each size for belt hooks (belt hooks not included).
  • Sleeves are fastened by press studs which are marked PRYM.
  • Ventilated cuts under the arms.
  • Tab under the collar so it can be fastened around the neck.

The field division jacket, sometimes called a smock, was issued in large numbers from 1943 as Luftwaffe ground troops originally assigned to repair aircraft where reassigned as infantry troops. 

Worn by 20 Luftwaffe Field Divisions including the Hermann Goring Division.  

The WW2 German Luftwaffe field division smock is part of the Richard Underwood Militaria range of reproduction German clothing.
