M1910 Canteen Carrier Green by C.S.

American WW2 M1944 green canteen pouch by Combat Serviceable. These are the correct design but they have been stamped with the wrong ink stamp on the back for its name. So on the back it is stamped "Cover water canteen M-1956", it is not a M1956 canteen cover it is a WW2 canteen cover. Because of the incorrect ink stamp on the back we are selling these at a reduced price.

This American M1910 canteen (the American name for a water bottle is a canteen) carrier replica was used by all US Army branch of services including the Infantry, Armoured, Medics and Airborne Paratroopers.

This is the late war version in the green colour which is called OD#7. 

The pouch is made of OD#7 (green) cotton webbing with "U.S." stamped on the front. It has the standard WW2 belt fitting on the back and will hold the M1910 metal water bottle and mug (water bottle and mug not included).

The M1910 canteen carrier in green by Combat Serviceable features:

• Standard WW2 belt fitting, has the metal belt hook on the back to attach it to the metal eyelets on the M36 pistol belt, Garand belt or the BAR belt.
• Fastened by two left the dot type fasteners.
• Made from cotton.
• "U.S." stamped on the front.
• Lined with fleece.
• Colour OD#7 which is a green colour.
• Stamped on the back in small 8mm high lettering "Cover, water, canteen, M-1956"
