M56 canvas water bottle pouch and plastic water bottle. (Please note the US call water bottles canteens so if you are looking in reference books it is the same thing).
The pouch has US stamped on the front and the plastic water bottle is the same as the Vietnam ones but have modern manufacture dates on the bottom of them.
US troops in Vietnam usually carried two of these on there belts and sometimes more on there rucksacks.
