Private Pikes Field Service side cap and Dads Army RWK badge.

WW2 Mans O.R.'s (Other Ranks) F.S. (Field Service) Cap made of a coarser fabric than the Officers version.

The  Field service cap that Private Pike was always seen wearing in the Dads Army TV series with the Royal West Kent badge usually with the side flaps folded out to look more " You Stupid Boy Pike".

All the other members of Walmington on Sea platoon wear this cap expect Captain Mainwaring.

Please note that this cap is not made of the same fabric as the Battle dress tunics as B.D. fabric is to thick to make into a hat, this is historically correct and our F.S. hat is an accurate replica of the hat by the British Army in World War Two with the denim or wool Battle Dress (BD) uniforms.
