RAF Officers Battle of Britain Fighter Pilot

RAF  Battle of Britain Fighter Pilot

This is the classic RAF Officers uniform set that would have been worn by Royal Air Force pilots of Spitfire's and Hurricane's pilots during the Battle of Britain July to October 1940 and was also worn by bomber crews in the early years of WW2.

The RAF Pilot Uniform is already badged as a Flight Lieutenant on the cuff and has Pilots wings above the left breast pocket which would have been a rank of a combat air pilot. The top button on the SD tunic is also left open as this indicates back at the air base that the Officer fly's planes and not desks.

The uniform is complete with B type Helmet, 1932 pattern May West and 1936 Flying boots all of which would be replaced by 1941/42 with more up to date equipment.

The uniform consists of all the items listed below under the "Pack Contains" heading, here you are able to select any sizes if applicable. The image is indicative of the pack but please refer to the Pack Contains for the items included.
