1st Canadian Parachute battalion, 6th Airborne Div Normandy badge set

This badge set is what Canadian Paratroopers would have worn on their Battle Dress clothing when based in UK and on combat operations.

It was worn by Canadian Paratroopers in:

•  6th Airborne Division during Operation Overlord invasion of Europe Normandy June 6th 1944 
• 6th Aiborne during Battle of the Bulge Ardennes December 1944 
• 6th Airborne Division during Operation Varsity Crossing of the Rhine 24th March 1945

This set contains the following woven badges: 

• 2 x Canadian Parachute regiment shoulder titles 
• 2 x Yellow slip on worn on each epaulett  
• 2 x Pegasus patches
• 2 x Airborne strips 
• 1 x  Canadian Parachute qualified wings( worn on the upper left chest)
