This complete set is ready for your recreation of an RAF Pilot during WW2 has all the badges from RAF Pilots wings to slip on rank slides included. The SD tunic is to the RAF Pattern with a fixed waist belt with RAF pattern Brass Buckle, an Ascot tie and soft comfortable desert boots finish off the look.
Since its formation the RAF had been stationed in the Middle East and India where it has worn Khaki Drill clothing based on the home service blue uniform. this uniform set is what a Royal Air Force pilot would have worn on active service, but there were many different variation and combinations of KD clothing from the wearing shorts, shirts to modifying clothing made to the officers personal taste in the Bazars of Cario and Basra.
