German WW2 tank destruction badge gold grade.

This badge features a black metal tank badge attached to a strip of gold aluminium wire which is sewn onto a wool backing.

The tank destruction award in black on a gold backing was awarded for the destruction of a 5 enemy tanks by a hand held weapon.

These where worn on the upper right sleeve.
