SPH-4 Flying Helmet 1986
US SPH-4 flying helmet.
The label on the inside reads "Helmet flying, SPH-4 Regular DLA 100-86-C-1241 Gentex Corporation".
This helmet is in used conditon, it has teh mic and recivers in the ear pieces and the night vison mount on the front.
The helmer is black and it still retains the chinstrap.
The visor is included but it is damaged. Not 100% sure what is wrong with the visor but it does not slide down. It is either disconnected from the slide or it is just broken. As you move the visor to the down position but it then becomes loose and does not stay in place and falls out. In the up position the visor stays up. The top of the housing holding the visor has a crack (snapped).
