American WW2 uniform set that would have been worn by the US Infantry soldiers in the invasion of France in 1944.
The following is a uniform package set that would have been used on D-Day during the Normandy landings on the 6th June 1944 by the likes of the US 1st and 29th Infantry divisions.
Set includes:
- Roughout boots.
- Gaiters.
- Wool M1937 mustard wool trousers.
- M1937 wool shirt.
- M41 field jacket.
- Infantry webbing set includes; M1928 doughboy pack, M1923 Garand belt, M1910 water bottle and pouch and a M1942 first aid pouch.
- M1 helmet painted in WW2 green and has the early chinstrap stitched on the bales.
- M5 assault gas mask bag.
- Gas brassard.
