Original Jeep first aid kit, officially called the 12 unit, vehicle first aid kit.
This has been re painted at some stage and instead of the normal markings in the front it has been stenciled with "First Aid U.S. Army".
On the inside it still has the orginal paper instructions and content list which is dated 22 June 1944.
The 4 closure clips are all working fine.
