US WW2 Nurse Officer Collar Badge Set For HBT Shirt 1st Lieutenant

American WW2 1st Lieutenant Nurse insignia set as worn on the HBT shirt collars and wool shirts.

These are worn on the shirt collars of the women's HBT (Herring Bone Twill) green shirts, they were also worn on the wool field shirt or officers dress shirts (pinks and OD 51) when the Officers tunic was not being worn over the shirt.
