US WW2 Enlisted Mans Uniform Basic Shirt Set.
This is a great start up uniform set, it is suitable for Infantry, including the paratroopers.
Almost all American troops were issued these basic items as these where the staple of issued clothing. With this basic set you can wear it as it is (you might want to add a shoulder sleeve unit patch) and then you can use it to build up your uniform later by adding boots, gaiters and a jacket like the M41 jacket if you want to portray an Infantry unit.
The paratroopers and the Air Force (USAAF) were also issued the same trousers, shirt, tie and belt. The paratroopers wore a paratrooper badge sewn onto the cap and the USAAF wore the same cap but with different coloured piping around it.
The uniform pack set includes:
- M1937 enlisted wool shirt by Kay Canvas.
- M1937 wool trousers by Kay Canvas.
- Enlisted mans trouser belt (XL size can be cut down, just unclip the buckle cut to size and clip the buckle back on).
- Tan tie.
- Garrison cap with Infantry blue piping.
