USN Commander Rank Tunic Shoulder Boards Epaulettes

USN Commander, Officers Rank Shoulder boards.

The shoulder boards are very stiff and hold there shape. 

These have two loops on the back, one with a press stud. The shoulder boards slide onto the shoulder epaulettes of a tunic.
