These Vietnam 3rd pattern jungle trousers by Kay Canvas have all the features of the original Vietnam issue trousers, including the small pocket inside the large left hand cargo pocket which was designed to hold a survival kit. All the buttons are concealed to prevent them snagging on the undergrowth, unlike modern combat trousers the seat and knees do not have any reinforcement patches.
